Menu prices shown are starting prices and may vary by size, flavour, design, ingredients and season. Final price is always confirmed on call or in store before your order is prepared. Product images are for illustration; actual products may differ slightly in decoration.
Custom orders should be placed 24 to 48 hours in advance. An order is confirmed only after we confirm design, price and timing with you and, where requested, an advance payment is received. Please check spelling of names and messages on cakes at confirmation.
Changes or cancellations for custom cakes should be requested as early as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before pickup. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible and advance may not be refundable.
Please pick up your order at the agreed time. Cakes and mithai are perishable and should be refrigerated as advised. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts and other allergens. Please inform us of any allergy before ordering.
The Palace Sweets and Bakers name, logo and website content belong to the business and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We work hard to deliver fresh, quality products on time. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the price paid for that order.
